They say it takes 21 days to form a habit … so how have you done so far on your New Year’s resolution? Or did you forget about it already or just say “oh well I will start on it tomorrow”?
If you haven’t started then I’m sure you are not alone nor are you alone in waiting ‘till tomorrow….But if you Don’t start you will never get there! You have to keep your goal in front of you at all times….write it down and carry it with you, read it several times a day.
So what if tomorrow never comes? Will you be satisfied with what you did today or in your life? If not then there is no better time than now to get started.
Don’t live in the past because it is gone, there is nothing you can do to change it, it’s done, it’s over, time to move ahead. Don’t live your life in regret because it really serves no purpose.
William Durant once said “Forget past mistakes. Forget failures. Forget everything except what you are going to do right now and DO IT! Very good advice!
As long as you have done your best you should have nothing to regret, all anyone can expect of you is that you do your best. That in itself makes you a success.
Don’t be afraid of failing or of what others might think of you, that’s not what is important, You are!
I heard a song the other day and I think it was awesome and had such a powerful message. It was by the group NickelBack … “If today were your last day”
This one part captured my attention…..”you know it’s never too late to shoot for the stars, regardless of who you are , so do whatever it takes ‘cause you can’t rewind a moment in this life, let nothing stand in your way”
Let nothing stand in the way! You are already a success so Live like there is no tomorrow because tomorrow may never come. Never give up on your dreams and never give up on you!
You can have everything you want in your life, you just have to keep moving and never give up. Focus on what it is that you really want and just go for it, don’t be afraid to fail because that’s how you learn. Figure out what you did wrong and try it again and again till you get the results you want.
You can do it I know you can. Try the 21 day challenge and see how it works ok? If the goal you are seeking it truly your hearts desire this will work, it has been proven over and over again.
Let this year be your year to shine! I know you have it in you, you are Awesome! So get to work! And remember that I am here to help you, I want to see you succeed and reach your goals.

WOW …..it’s amazing that it’s already the beginning of a new year.
I would like to wish you all the Success, Wealth, Health and Happiness you are looking for in the year 2009.
If nothing ever changed then things would always be the same…..so if you are not happy with your life you need to make some changes NOW!
What better time to start living the life of your dreams than right now, the beginning of the new year?
